F5 had something similar too ... but if you present the load balance as a
single IP that DNS points to and BGP routes to, there shouldn't be any real
issue

Subject: load balancer

I have a client who purchased some load balancer equipment from Peak10 to a
colo in Louisville that IBM was never able to setup successfully. I brought
up BigIP which is the only one I know of, but I think sometime in the past
on here some mentioned like a 'hosted' load balancing company where they
will handle that for them. They think this is better for them instead of
fussing with it through trial and error.

Any thoughts? I only played with a couple of BigIP's awhile back and they
seemed easy enough but the customer had bgp and dns all setup already so
maybe that's part of this client's problem

Thanks
