If you use WinDBG or other debugger that supports symbol servers, then 
Microsoft has a public symbol server accessible over HTTP. In WinDBG, run 
!reload to download the correct symbols for that dump file.

Or, if you have a minidump file, send it to me.

  Anyone know if the above has to be done on the computer that puked,
or can it be done on a different PC?  The laptops in question both
belong to VIPs who are rarely in the office.  If I can copy the file
to my desktop and do it here, I'd prefer that.  All are running XP Pro
SP2, if that matters.
