So, I used an eval version of SCVMM to import a physical server onto a 2008 Server with Hyper-V. Anyone know what happens if SCVMM is now uninstalled? My thinking is the VM should be OK (I can start it with Hyper-V, and my experience with VMWare is as long as you don't touch the VM files it doesn't matter what else happens around VM systems).
I'm just wondering if SCVMM somehow "tags" VM's imported via eval version.
