I realize this is the NT Admin list, not the XP list, but I've asked there and am getting deafening silence. J On my machine (and pretty much every other machine in my network) one of the options when you right-click and select "send to" is "desktop (create shortcut)". However, one user's machine does not have that option. I'm wondering if there is a "powertool" or something like that that I need to install on his machine. All desktop machines in my network are XP Pro.
