Start>Run regsvr32 sendmail.dll Wierd, I know, but it works. Note, I also like to customized the SendTo options for my users. Depending on business needs, a few shortcuts here can really save employees some time. Start>Run shell:sendto will open up the folder. Have at it. SendToToys can also do some pretty fancy things. http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/customize-your-send-to-right-click-windows- menu/ -Sam

J On my machine (and pretty much every other machine in my network) one of the options when you right-click and select "send to" is "desktop (create shortcut)". However, one user's machine does not have that option. I'm wondering if there is a "powertool" or something like that that I need to install on his machine. All desktop machines in my network are XP Pro. Thanks, ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
