Thanks to all... it was in the "default user" profile, but there was no such 
folder in the user's profile folder. I copied it over from the default and I'm 
sure after he reboots next time it'll be available. :-) I didn't even think to 
look there... thanks, all!

Check if it's in the send to folder. If not, you could try copying it
from another user:
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\SendTo
