What extra work? For the size of the install, I'll bet you dollars to donuts that Sunbelt would come up with an automated uninstall of the CA drek. And, I'll bet the cost savings on the purchase would be enough to cover that effort, too.
Their pricing has been extremely aggressive, and the product is well worth it.
