Well, unfortunately, we have such a nasty right now (restricted to only 
one user that we can see).  MBytes doesn't clean it, either.  On the other 
hand, we have the full attention of SBS folks as well as their 
super-talented consultant working on this...

Any of the "Big Guy" companies so reponsive in an event?
