Hi all - we are re-evaluating our eDiscovery posture. Basically just a prudent review of are we doing the right thing, the right way, correctly and efficiently. I'm not limiting to just technology, but a review of policy and procedure as well. Legal counsel will be involved.
As part of this review, I've tried to erase my memory (and bookmarks) of our original requirements definition and my knowledge of eDiscovery. I want to start with a fresh understanding based on current interpretation and technology. So having said that, anyone out here have favorite or preferred links/papers/references? At least for now I'm staying away from the end technology and focusing on requirements definition. Of particular interest would be anything along the lines of: 1) Legal stuff for the technologist 2) Technology stuff for the lawyer 3) Implications on international companies Thanks Kevin ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
