For the call-end issue, just use the phone button underneath the "OK"
button. This terminates the call without having to do anything on the
screen.

----------------------------------------

We use the Samsung Saga. There's only two things I dont like about it. The
first is that sometimes when I am finished with a conversation on the phone
and go to hang up, I am about 3 to 4 levels deep in one of the apps.
Because of the touch screen, my ear must activate some of the programs and
before I know it, the calculator is open, etc. I've also accidentally
turned the broadband access off with my ear, killing whatever call I was
on. I wish they would allow you to turn the touch screen feature off but I
have not found that option yet.
The other thing is also because of the touchscreen, if I put the phone in
my pocket, rather than in the holster, the screen becomes activated and
ends up either turning things off or on or opens apps, etc. I realize this
can be avoided by locking the phone though so thats not such a big deal.
Overall, though it has been a good phone so far. Havent had too much
trouble with the battery, but I dont surf the internet with it, just use it
for phone and email.
