We use the netbotz, although I haven't got it set up for archiving, you
could take a look at Xprotect from milestone, it works with a lot of the
IP cameras out there.

 

You can try it with one camera for free.

Does anyone have a Netbotz 400 series (rack mount) archiving video to a
DVR?  If so, could you give me some details on the DVR.  Otherwise, if
you're doing this with another solution, I'd like to know that as well
as I'm not married to APC for this...
