New employee gets whatever the old employee has. No bio-disinfection is done. This place is a dirty factory, so most stuff is already filthy. Besides, once they see the company fridge in the break room, their phone will be the least of their worries. ;-) Sometimes VIPs get new equipment because they're VI.
