None of the converters I could find would touch a .imap file. Every import/export tool I tried including the MS ones require access to the IMAP server.
So I cheated. I renamed all the .imap files to .eml files and I'm dragging them into OE and will burn to a PST. Sometimes you just gotta cheat... LOL...
