It WILL work with Exchange 2007, given the caveat of "ANSI PSTs vs Unicode PSTs".
However, it is not supported. And don't get me started on that....I can write 500 or so lines of C++ MAPI that will do the same thing as ExMerge (well, just for the export piece) and that IS supported, but ExMerge itself isn't.
