Yep! Joomla doesn't come with "built-in" blog functionality and to me works
more like a CMS than a Blog. For instance, I'd consider MyItforum.com more
of a CMS solution than a blogging solution. I say if all you want to do is
write and tag articles then go with Wordpress for blogging.
