That may be where we are at with an edu agreement. EDU often has odd/different 
things happening. I asked our reseller and will report the real answer. Or I 
may get to installing it today and find out for sure myself. Thanks Z.

I think it does require a product key, but we are Select Agreement, ( Soon to 
be EA agreement) with M$ so our CD's come with our serial keys burned into the 
setup...
