  Nope.  All zeros for us.

  Win 2000 Server and domain level, native-mode domain.  Office 2003.
XP Pro SP2 just about everywhere.  Dozens of installs, including the
one on my computer.

  I don't know, but I've always ass-umed that count had something to
do with "publishing" an app instead of deploying it.  ("Publishing"
being the appear-on-Start-menu-without-installing thing that almost
nobody uses and almost nothing supports.)
