Well, I'm somewhat in the same situation you are. I'm looking at 2-3 Terabytes of NAS/SAN storage. I've got a couple different quotes, going as low as about $4500.00 all the way up to about $15000 for a nice big SAN with data de-dup built in. And all with redundant hardware built-in. I've got a meeting with two regional vendors next week to see what they can offer and for how much.
Personally, I *really* like the IBM quote for about $14-15,000.
