Hunt around for a showing of "Bad Bugs Bunny".

Bugs Bunny, uncensored, at Loft tonight

... Take tonight's program at the Loft Cinema.

"Bad Bugs Bunny" is a compilation of 10 cartoons pulled from public view
    many years ago.

"It's really a lesson in how corporate censorship works in a free
society," says Dennis Nyback, a film archivist who put the compilation
together from his extensive 16mm collection.

He'll be at the nonprofit theater tonight to introduce the cartoons and
put them into context. Warner Bros. decided at various points that the
cartoons in question should be altered or not seen at all. The offending
material includes anti-Japanese slurs, rampant insensitivity and
stereotyping of blacks and Native Americans, women-beating and the killing
    of a dog.
