The Pre is also the first product from Palm that can't run PalmOS programs. My Centro, new in 2007, could run programs for the original Palm Pilot (circa 1996), which used a different processor architecture and screen. The Pre can't run software that came out last year. I've read of a virtualization/compatibility product, but how well it works is unclear, and it's third-party. Palm lost their way along time ago, IMNSHO. -- Ben ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
