The usual method is to use Active Directory. You create a Group Policy Object with the scripts, and link that GPO to an Organizational Unit containing the computers in question. If needed, can you limit the GPO to certain computers: Remove the "Apply Group Policy" permission from the ACL for the GPO, create a security group, place the computers you want in said group, and then grant the "Apply Group Policy" permission for that group on to the GPO.
