We tried it and loved it for supporting end users but had to stop using it as the company wouldn't fork out the ?1000 to purchase it for commercial use.
>From an end user point of view is was ideal as you just had to point them to the teamviewer webiste and get them to run the support version. Nothing to install so nothing to talk through, just ask them for the ID and password.
