Sorry, I was not clear there.

What I meant is that we have a reservation for every computer we accept on our 
network. Computers which we do not know about or we don't want on our network 
(this is a school, students are bringing laptops, teachers bring home PCs, 
etc...) do not get a configuration from our DHCP server.
