We do have a corporate FB presence, the couple of people that are
responsible for maintenance of that are allowed to access FB.

We implemented Websense about 9 months ago, for the first few months, it was
in monitor mode only to see just what was going on & using up bandwidth.
Streaming media was first, and then second was all the social networking
sites.  We haven't maxed out our bandwidth since we started blocking those
type of sites for almost everyone.  The few exceptions are for users with
legitimate business reasons.
