What version of Windows? You can do all sorts of trigger based stuff in WS08. WMI also has event based things.
I have a better question though. What are you doing wrong that is causing your scopes to fill up? I googled it but I can't find good solutions. One way is to use netsh "show mibinfo. This command gives all the usage about the scopes, but I need to parse it from a file. We all know DHCP server already checks the usage of scope and creates an event log if the scope is full, I want to modify this trigger so I can edit and mail the situation. Any suggestions?
