I agree.  We got rid of our Blackberry's here...I also don't like having to 
worry about another layer between the phone and our Exchange Server.  Just my 
opinion...not a Blackberry fan.

Disclaimer: Just my *OPINION*, here.

 

Never had any experience with a Blackberry first hand until the past 6
months or so, but I've had enough experience now with numerous models that
it really frustrates me.  The interface is horrid, and navigation feels like
running fingernails across a blackboard.  The desktop redirector should be
packaged up in a stool sample bottle and sent away for testing.

 

The only redeeming quality I've found is the battery life - which is
excellent for what all the Blackberry is actually doing in the background.
