TDEL (abandoned freeware) should handle this.  Help screens list, 
http://TUtils.cjb.net, which redirects to "The T-Utils Home Page" at 
http://www.utopiatemple.com/tutils/main.htm

  tdel *.jpg /TEST /DAYS:730 

would display a list of JPGs over 2 years old.

  tdel *.jpg /TEST /DT:..123106 /LOG:logfile.txt

should list all JPGs dated earlier than 1/1/07 into logfile.txt.  Remove 
"/TEST" to really do it.  Includes /WIPE option to overwrite all the naughty 
bits ;-) of those JPEGs.
