I've done this without issue before (on SBS 2003 anyway). When you say "OWA breaks" what does that mean? If you are reverse proxying OWA with ISA, then make sure ISA doesn't think there's anything wrong with the cert. You might need to install an intermediate or root CA cert (there should be instructions on the GoDaddy website on what additional things you need to install)

I am trying to get a 3rd party certficiate installed on my sbs server. The cert is from Godaddy. For some reason everytime I get the cert installed OWA breaks and won't allow me to access it. Has anyone had success installing a 3rd party cert on their sbs with isa box? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
