If you meant to say gives you the full access to the DotNET
extensions, access to the administrative features of a variety of
existing and upcoming Microsoft products, VMware and Citrix, then
sure.  If you meant otherwise, then please feel free to miss the DOS
prompt and carry on   ;-)
