That's my complaint too.  Those USB ports are mighty handy.  Plus the
stands on the larger monitors don't adjust up and down.

I just got a new Dell 22in monitor, so you've got me beat ... oddly,
there are no USB ports on the monitor itself. Even my 3 year old Dell
19in monitor had 2 USB ports on the side. Oh, well ... 

Now to get used to a 1600x1050 resolution ... :-)
