Do you have any web filtering software?  If so, maybe create a specific
policy for them, not allowing any category whatsoever?

The users share machines so I have to have a user based solution.
Also, they still need to get to the local Intranet.
Mostly they need to get fired but until that happens this is my

Change the default route for that workstation to something bogus?
That doesn't work for the user account, though.  Just the machine.  I
don't know if you can do it with purely baked-in MS tools such as
group policy, etc.
