My download FAILED after more than 2GB downloaded. Now I have to start
all over and I'm only getting about 63kbps. There were some very
un-family words exclaimed at my desk a few moments ago.

I have a 15 meg Fiber connection and I am only getting 38K. I have
been downloading over 9 hours and still have 2183MB to go! I will be
calling support in the morning and making sure my download speed is not
being throttled.
