Look for the Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office System, it might help
you out in this situation. We use it here for the handful of people on
Office 2007 sharing documents with Office 2003 users (majority of our
users). There was probably the same type of tool for 2003 > 2000 sharing.
This person is probably not going to like Excel 2007....I don't like it and
I went from Office 2003 to 2007, so I can't imagine what it would be like to
go from 2000 to 2007, yikes that's crazy. It's not just the learning curve
for the new interface, it's just not as intuitive to me......and the default
font color in Outlook 2007 is awful....but I digress.....

I would have to agree with Erik, put it on a system that it doesn't have to
have 2000 on it, virtual workstation, can this users workstation handle
having a virtual workstation?
