Can I ask what medical records system you have?
We have deployed dual monitors and have been using MedForce Scan,
Mestamed, and Rehab Anywhere.
Curious if you are seeing any similar "problems" if you are using any of
these apps.
thx

Thanks for the comments. These users will be using Great Plains and our
new electronic medical record systems, both of which have "busy"
screens, in addition to Word, Excel, etc. So lots of activity on a
single monitor.

I have a dual set-up with a 17" regular and 19" wide-screen, both
landscape mode, haven't tried either of them in portrait.

If it's something wide it goes to the 19", if its tall it goes to the
17".
Both have their uses, but I could live with going back to 2 17" if I had
to.

Couldn't work with a single 19" wide-screen as it only does 1440x900.
20" wide-screen would be a different story.

Monitor: regular or widescreen

Folks,

I"m about to start purchasing for our annual PC refresh cycle. I
normally purchase 17" monitors (we are a Dell shop) but I see I can get
19" regular and 19" wide screen for just a bit more. Anyone care to
comment on the benefit of wide v. regular size?

Thanks,
