Saw those just a bit ago. They are all enabled and started, netbios over tcp/ip 
is also enabled. Yep, I have an everyone full control folder shared and cannot 
even hit that directly. Tried by IP address also. For now Windows Firewall is 
disabled.

Jim,

Check that the following services are started:

 Workstation, DHCP Client, DNS Client, Server, TCP/IP Netbios helper, 
Computer Browser.

Have you tried to create a share on the system to see if you can browse it 
then, also try enabling NETBIOS over TCP/IP
