Works for me, but did see this message on the site:  System Availability Notice

eOpen will be unavailable starting from 8:00 AM Saturday, August 15th (GMT +8) 
until 4:00 AM Monday, August 17th (GMT +8) for system maintenance. Product 
Downloads, License Statement & Product Keys will also be unavailable during 
this time frame as well. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
