Ask Sprint to block international use. If I were you, I would leave domestic roaming enabled. I have a ton of these Sprint cards deployed. Half the time my employees need them, it's in an area that requires roaming. I have one too, and 98% of the time I use it I'm roaming. Sprint doesn't charge for domestic roaming on broadband cards.
