I have a 2 node MSCS cluster which is a file server. I am looking at the possibility of replicating this to another server in a remote site. The folder strucutre on the remote machine will be the same as the file server. I dont need to the users in the remote site to connect to the source file server they will be connecting locally to the server in that office( so they dont need to use the same UNC path which is a feature is DFS). From what I see DFS is not compatible in a clustered setup??. Could FRS be used by itself. The OS on the source machine is Windows data storage server 2003 and the traget machine is Windows 2003 standard.
Thanks in advance Ian ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
