have them PING and report back the IP that their DNS returns, could be a DNS issue ???

I can tell that our website is up and running and responding on at least three different internet providers in the U.S. (all "local" to us.) I've even tried it through anonymouse.org, which our South American clients say they *can* reach. Any ideas?
