I have never used the CopyProfile utiliy but I have used moveuser and several others. One of the biggest problems I have seen with all the utilities are permissions or files in use. Beofre running the utilities check permissions and reboot the computer to clear any files that are in use. And when you log back in do not login with the profile you are going to copy.
