We have that issue now and again with BDD2207 and dell OptiPlex 745/755/760s. It only started after I added the drivers for the NIC in the 755s.
We get an IPv6 addy, don't know why, but an ipconfig/release & /renew resolves it for us. If I remember correctly tho, there was no cmd prompt in WDS, so this might be of no use whatsoever to you.
