I think when you setup Hyper-V and assign NICs for the switch, it disables
all that stuff. I could be wrong. 

Also I don't believe there is a NETSH command to do what you want. I think
you need to modify the registry.

I just installed a server 08 Core box, and it has 3 Nics in it.  2 will be
used for virtual machines to access the network.  As such, from the
command line I need to disable file and print sharing, client for MS
networks and the "register this connection in DNS" setting as well.
