I'd say - use WPA2 Personal; decently strong password; turn off Remote Management; turn off UPnP; use AES encryption, if possible. I would think that should stop (or significantly slow down) any casual intruders, or freeloaders who want to tailgate on your bandwidth. Now, if you are specifically targeted by someone who know what they are doing, might be a different story.
