In the case you presented the person was a junior admin.  If he/she does not
know how to do admin tasks without being an admin on the box they need to
learn.  Being an admin just keeps allowing infections and other problems
that take your time to fix.  I agree with Kevin on this we have seen a major
drop in "repairs" needed since most of the staff has had admin privileges
removed.
