It's much worse here in England....an acquaintance of mine actually deliberately failed a drugs test in prison because he hadn't completed the game he was playing on the PS2, and he wanted his release date put back a couple of weeks. I thought the idea was that the inmates were supposed to want to get out, but clearly life was better on the inside.
