One of our sales managers has an email distribution list he inherited from one of his sales people who is no longer with the company. He was trying to print off a list of members in that distribution list and couldn't get it to print for him, so I exported his contacts to a new PST file and opened it in MY Outlook 2007. I was able to print off the list of contacts, but some of the contacts on there aren't showing up on HIS Outlook when he goes to that distribution list. Any idea why? I didn't add any users, just printed it off for him.
