It seems to work decently. Web interface for running and viewing reports. Keypad, card, and biometric punch mechanisms. The punch clocks interact with a service that you can either host yourself or they can host it for you. I don't recall ATM whether the service can export to CSV, but we're using a 4 year old version. It does support exports for various accounting packages - QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Great Plains are some of the ones I recognize.
