I've been using Terminals for a while, but only for RDP. I noticed that issue with telnet also. For telnet I've used TeraTerm for years. One thing I haven't had a chance to delve into with Terminals: I had the master password set up so it would automatically log me into servers when I connect. When I had to change my network password recently, that automatic login stopped, even though I've gone back and reset the master password as well.
>>> "Robert Jackson" <[email protected]> 9/23/2009 11:40 PM >>> Having a look at Terminals v1.7e as a means of consolidating some Admin connection tools etc. Initial impressions have been quite good. However, the Telnet connections seem to be a bit "lacking" in substance. Is anyone using this product? Is there a way to specify which Terminal Emulation to use, or better yet use PuTTY as the Telnet client? Or is there another similar product (free) that could be recommended?
