For those of you in the Central Florida area using or working with
Brighthouse have you had issues with the Internet going down several times a
week?  Do you have any information on if they are blocking ports?  I off to
do a bit of searching but I am working with a client that is having all
kinds of outages and issues getting email.  I know Verizon is now blocking
port 25 to anything other than their mail servers.  Verizon sent out many
emails both to commerical and non-comercial customers telling them of their
port blocking but no one that I have talked to will admit to seeing anything
from Brighthouse.
