Bring up a new machine. Boot to DSRM. Perform a system state restore. Reboot.

Bring up additional machines. DCPromo them and let the data replicate.

Depending on your initial configuration, configure GCs as required.

Repeat for each additional domain that you have.

Microsoft has a whitepaper that has a bunch of extra steps (like resetting 
trust passwords etc)

Anyone have any good links to DR procedures for 2003 AD?  Most of what I've 
found is a general AD restore; looking for details on restoring DC in the event 
of a catastrophic failure, assuming no others exist.
